Please read through all of our terms and conditions before booking with us. When you book you thereby agree to our terms and conditions.

Food Handling

If food is kept outside for more than 4 hours it must be disposed of to comply with UK food standards. Hitch & Petal Events will not be held responsible for any adverse reactions to food consumed after this time.

Allergies & Dietary Requirements

Due to the amount of different foods handled in our kitchen we cannot cater to allergies that cause adverse reactions due to the high risk of cross contamination. We can however cater for specific dietary preferences i.e Vegan, Vegetarian.

Please beware that we cannot guarantee if a product is completely free of traces of the main allergens listed below:​

Produce & Supplier availability

Due to our commitment to using fresh, seasonal ingredients, our produce and garnishes are sourced weekly and may vary with availability. While most items on our menus remain consistent, some ingredients may change from season to season, and there may be occasional substitutions.​

Refunds & Cancellations

For large events or bookings, cancellations made more than 12 weeks before the event date are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations within 12 weeks of the event date are non-refundable.

Set up & Clean Up.

When you choose to use our tablescaping props, foliage, and floral arrangements, we’ll take care of the complete setup and cleanup at your selected venue based on the timing agreed upon during booking. A refundable £100 deposit will be collected and returned once all items have been retrieved. If you’re not using our props, no deposit is required.

We will require 1-3 hours prior to the event for setup. Please note that all tables must be provided by the client or venue and should be placed in a cool area, out of direct sunlight. Additionally, the client or the venue is responsible for disposing of all bins.

Booking and Pricing.

We are pleased to offer our services throughout Hampshire. Please note that your booking will be confirmed once we have received a deposit to secure your date. We specialize in creating bespoke grazing tables, with pricing tailored to your specific needs. Our pricing considers factors such as the number of guests, food selections, and optional add-ons like biodegradable plates, cutlery, and napkins.
